I am trying to get back in plan mode around here and that always begins with a menu plan! I try to plan 6 meals but I do not assign them specific days because it is just easier to plug them in the week as I go.
Here's what is planned for the week:
- Italian Pasta Salad (per request)
- Tacos
- Chicken pot pie (per request)
- corn chowder (need to use up some corn fast)
- pizza boats, salads
- grilled chops, zucchini squash & onions, potatoes
