Do you find it helpful to write out your plans for the week or if you mess it up does it end up demotivating you?
ReplyDeleteI find it very helpful for me. If I don't, I feel more overwhelmed and frustrated but writing them all feels like a release of that pressure to me even if they don't actually all get done!
