Not only am I combining curriculum but I'm also combining lesson plan sheets! I really liked the weekly planning pages in this planner but it wasn't possible to change the headers and I didn't like that at all! I did like the 2nd part of the planner page where I could list field trips coming up, supplies needed, etc. So, I am using the 2nd page and also using this one from Creatin' Classical Choas and the best part is it's free!! Thank you so much for sharing Julie. It was just what I was looking for. I was able to tweak it to fit our schedule which includes no work at home on Tuesdays because we have Classical Conversations.
I was going to show you my hard work but much of it is under copyright so here is the body :).

I am hoping to plan for 36 weeks and print out each week to place in my planning notebook. That is my goal anyway! I used Homeschool Tracker last year and it didn't work well for me.
